Kitchen & Coins Puzzle

The Kitchen & Coins puzzle chain is one of the most important progression sequences in the Endacopia demo. It spans the kitchen, Mellow’s bedroom, and the Wall Bank character. Completing it gives you the password Cheshire, required for both mid-demo progress and the demo ending.

Step 1: Kitchen and the Fridge

Reach the kitchen via the Vent & Kitchen Route — spin chair 3×, crawl vent, complete Henry stealth.

1. Solve the full Fridge Puzzle — hammer, dice, shapes, ghost, key, switches
2. Hide from Henry — right cabinet hide, spam-click left cabinet
3. Obtain cheese from the opened fridge

If Henry catches you, restart the stealth section. Henry is a hostile presence in the kitchen — do not engage him directly.

Step 2: Lure the Cockroach

Return to Mellow’s room with the cheese. A cockroach has been making noise in the room.

1. Use the cheese to lure the cockroach out
2. The cockroach appears near the noise source
3. Mellow refuses to pick up the cockroach with his hands — you must use an alternative method

Step 3: Get the Coins

1. Step on the cockroach — Mellow stomps it instead of picking it up
2. The cockroach drops two coins
3. Collect both coins into your inventory

This step is intentionally uncomfortable — Endacopia uses body horror and gross-out humour in its puzzle design.

Step 4: Feed Wall Bank

1. Interact with the drawing on the wall in Mellow’s room
2. Access the Wall Bank behind the drawing
3. Talk to Wall Bank — it asks for coins
4. Feed both coins to Wall Bank
5. Wall Bank reveals its secret: the password Cheshire

Wall Bank’s dialogue during this exchange:

• “Hungry” → it wants coins
• “Coins first” → feed before it shares the secret
• “Keep a secret” → the password is Cheshire

Using Cheshire

After obtaining Cheshire from Wall Bank:

• Use it at Wall Bank terminals later in the demo to unlock items
• Enter it when the Red Creature asks at the demo ending
• Always choose the top dialogue option during the bathroom ending sequence

• Skip optional exploration in the kitchen
• Go directly to fridge after Doors.exe
